Photoresists: Extremely high resolution state-of-the-art resists for sub-65nm geometries in 193nm and 248nm technology through i-line, g-line and broadband photoresists including isoprene based negative technologies.

Polymides: Polyimide and Polybenzoxazole products are specialty stress relief coatings used as a protective layer or "buffer coat" before packaging or redistribution layer. Specifically engineered for Fabs running amine sensitive processes, our aqueous developable products offer opportunity for developer consolidation within the Fab.

Thin Film Systems: A full range of ultra-pure CVD and diffusion chemicals as well as high purity delivery systems designed to provide cost saving turn-key "system solutions" and next generation technologies to the semiconductor industry. The Thin Film Systems group is dedicated to being the prominent source of value to OEMs and end users.

Formulated Products: A comprehensive range of specialty etchants, cleaners, removers and other ancillary products designed to compliment the FUJIFILM Electronic Materials photoresist and polyimide product lines.

Color Mosaic®: The FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Color Mosaic® technology is a photosensitive-pigmented material used to produce the color filter array which is incorporated in Image Sensor devices. The technology is used worldwide by manufacturers to produce the red, green and blue color pixels found in leading-edge products. The Color Mosaic® technology produces a color filter with high transparency and colorimetric purity.

Nondestructive Testing Products (NDT): FUJIFILM proudly offers a complete line of Industrial X-ray film, automatic film processors, and Industrial x-ray processing chemicals to serve the needs of non destructive testing in such industries as Aerospace, casting, refineries, power plants, shipbuilding, pipelines, composites, ceramics, space, munitions, EOD, and many other new and evolving Markets. Fuji Industrial x-ray film achieves the tightest batch to batch consistency available. The automatic film processors are designed and constructed for years of user friendly duty. FUJIFILM Computed radiography was the first CR for NDT available in the World and remains the Gold Standard of the Industry.

Prescale: "Prescale film" is a method of measuring contact linear and planar pressures. The structure is a thin film consisting of micro-encapsulated color forming material and color developing material. When pressure is applied to the film, a red color impression is formed in varying density according to the amount of pressure and pressure distribution. The film can be used in both stationary and moving applications to measure pressures up to 43,500 PSI. This unique product enables user to measure tactile pressure and pressure distribution patterns.

Microfilms: Microfilm is ideal for preserving irreplaceable documents and images for future generations. Fujifilm microfilm solutions enable integration into digital information systems. Also the Fujifilm AR-1000 records digitized documents directly to microfilm, providing a safe, long-term archive solution for sensitive and/or valuable information assets. Fujifilm offers original camera films, digital archival media, duplication films and processing chemicals along with value added technical expertise.
