Technical Marketing Manager
Accountabilities
Within the European Business group you are responsible for one important product line. In close co-operation with the sales, R&D and production department, you create new business opportunities by introducing new products and by optimizing / characterizing existing products. Following are your tasks and responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing the customer requirements and evaluating them within the global strategy.
- Optimizing new and existing products based on the requirements of the European customers.
- Working out product proposals in order to meet the customer requirements.
- Follow-up the testing and validation at the site of the research partners (IMEC) or at the customer site.
- Developing in co-operation with the sales organization a sales strategy for new products. Giving product presentations to the customers.
- Follow-up technical questions.
Profile
- You have a Doctor’s degree in Sciences (physics, chemistry or material science) and your doctoral thesis was dedicated to an experimental project.
- Preferably you have experience with manufacturing or processing in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of lithography, wet cleaning and stripping is an important asset.
- You are an excellent communicator and a real problem solver.

Operations Planner
Accountabilities
You are responsible for the production planning, taking into account the customer requirements, de market demand, new product introductions, and sales forecasts and manufacturing capabilities. You closely co-operate with various functions in the supply chain process and your colleagues in the US and Japan. Following are your tasks and responsibilities:
- Consolidating and analyzing customer demand inputs and trends from the business, customer service and sales.
- Optimizing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Identifying and resolving supply chain issues and escalating to appropriate levels when needed.
- Coordinating the planning activities with our entities in the US and Asia.
- Translating the basics of the supply chain management concept into Fuji Film business processes and SAP functionalities.
- Actively participate and lead Supply Chain Management projects with specific focus on the optimization of the operational cost (defining of stocking strategy, safety stock, lead time, forecast, etc).
Profile
- You have a Master degree in Applied Commercial Science or Economics.
- 3 years experience in Supply Chain Processes
- You have obtained the APICS certification (Certified Inventory & Planning Management) or you are willing to get the certification within 2 years.
- You have experience with SAP, especially with planning/inventory modules.
- You have strong communication skills and you are able to work globally team focused.
- You have strong analytical skills: collecting and analyzing data, performing root cause analyses.
- You work methodical and well organized.
Product Management Co-coordinator
Accountabilities
You provide technical and administrative support to the European Business and Sales department:
- Updating and co-coordinating the technical information about our products.
- Coordinating and supervising the approval process of the customer contracts.
- Initiating product samples and product introductions and coordinating these with product management and R&D,
- Sales/Customer and the Operations Planner.
- Participating to project teams and contributing to regional and global projects.
Profile
- A bachelor degree in technical sciences
- You have interest in the technical product aspects.
- A few years of experience in a coordinating function in an international business environment.
- Customer satisfaction (internally and externally) is an important driver for you.
- You are an enthusiast problem solver who sees a challenge in every problem and looks for a solution in team.
- You work accurately and are familiar with the MS Office software.
- Experience with the registration of (new) substances in line with the European guidelines (REACH) is an asset.
Quality Control Technicians
Accountabilities
- You perform analytical tests in the lab in order to guarantee the quality of our products.
- You work in a clean room environment.
- You perform statistical process controls.
Profile
- - You have a bachelor degree in industrial chemistry and preferably experience with analytical techniques (spectroscopy, chromatography).
- You work accurately and detailed.
- You are prepared to work in a two-shift system.

Lithographic Engineers
Lead in the development and design of cutting edge photoresist systems. Lead formulation development from invention through commercialization to include formulation design, formulation optimization and formulation scale-up. Utilization of statistically designed experimentation and simulation to create enabling products. Correlation of structure, formulation performance, and close interaction with customer to speed product delivery to market. Significant contribution to intellectual property portfolio. Applicant must have a Ph. D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 3+ yrs experience in Resist/Lithography field.
Sr. Materials Planner
Responsibilities: The Sr. Materials Planner will be responsible for the production planning activities and will perform long term scheduling and coordination of the Master Production Schedule (MPS). This position will develop, present and implement the global monthly Sales and Operations Plan.
Following are your tasks and responsibilities:
- Authors global Master Production Schedule that provides for finished goods inventories consistent with respective SBU plans, materials management policies and established customer service levels in support of requirements in North America, Europe and Asia.
- Enforces Master Production Scheduling policies, allowing for efficient manufacturing operation while maintaining established inventory and business goals.
- Work with Operations to review capacities for short and long term requirements.
- Assures demand information is analyzed and reviewed with Business Management and Sales for accuracy.
- MRP Project Team Member utilizing MRP expertise to drive material management initiatives.
- BS/BA in Logistics, Operations Management, Business or a related field, with minimum of 5 years of experience in master scheduling and planning.
- In-depth knowledge of Production & Inventory Control techniques and formal MRP II systems concepts.
- Understanding of sales, marketing, finance, logistics and supply chain functions.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to effectively perform in a highly complex global environment
- Experience in SAP and APICS Certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
